The App includes in-app purchases that allow you to subscribe to the App after the free trial period is over. You can manage your In-App Purchase capabilities by altering the Settings on the device on which the App is installed. You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for managing your In-App Purchases and the amount you spend on In-App Purchases using the App.

In-App Purchases/Subscriptions automatically Renew until you cancel. You must cancel your monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Annual Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period.

If any In-App Purchase does not work once it has been successfully purchased, we will, after being aware of the fault or being notified of the fault by you, investigate the reasons for the fault. We will then act reasonably to provide you with either a replacement In-App Purchase or repair the relevant In-App Purchase. In the unlikely event we are either able to repair or replace the relevant In-App Purchase. We will authorize the App Store Provider to refund you an amount up to the cost of the relevant In-App Purchase.
